Hey folks...
As you may or may not have heard, a new netlabel/micro record label with big plans will be launching in January - http://www.yearofthemachine.com
Right now, we're looking for music and artists. There is still a short amount of time to submit tracks that could possibly be featured on a debut various artists net release.
Year of the Machine will be focussed primarily on minimal & funky robotic dancefloor material, some harder, some softer... as long as it's something that DJ's will play and it will motivate people to dance.
That's not to say we're limited to this kind of music, it's just our focus.
Please, visit the site right away and contact the DEMOBOT. We'd love to hear what you've got.
Thanks!
PS - A couple of ideal references as to some material we like: False, Krikor, Jeff Samuel, Run Stop Restore, Crakhaus, Jabberjaw
Looking for YOUR tracks...

Hello and welcome!stjohn wrote:story lads, just joined this forum....
when u say unsolicited, what do u mean??? un-copywritten?? i have some minimal that i would like ppl to play
Actually, if you are referring to the write up on the website, all we mean by unsolicited, is that we do not want people just sending us mp3's over email and things without talking to us first. We prefer personal arrangements to have files transfered to us via ftp or other means.
