free 808 samples to make techno

as far as i see it, the 808 has produced some of the best minimal ever made. so, after 8 hours of compressing and over-driving, i have produced a very interesting set of 808 samples.

the folders are labeled based on the tape speed when recorded back to digital. (yes...recorded to 2 inch tape)

true man , 808 sounds the most warm and minimal, bu i`m also really enjoy the Elektron Machinedrum sps-1. Gonna try if i can record some of the kits we(live act: Jason&TheArgonauts) use in our sets. If the other guys are not okay with it, then i will make some new for u all!!!
But it will take a time to make some good new kits, so be patient..

the machinedrum sounds fat richie hawtin was using one at his plastikman gig at mutek this year...

i'd love to get one though I am gonna spend my money on a monomachine instead
