Patrice Scott [inc. interview]

Post by tim66 »

Not a new guy I know (been DJing 25 years) but really only came to the fore less than 2 years ago when he started making/producing music under his Sistrum label. Some consistently nice deep, minimal stuff from this fella inc. Nuonce on Reggie Dokes' Psychostasia Label. Crept out on mp3 only in february without much fuss (there's talk of a vinyl release) but very nice and deep (have a listen at http://www.whatpeopleplay.com/browse/al ... und=tracks).

And there's also an interview with Patrice at: http://nish66.blogspot.com/

Hands down one of my favourite artists making music at the moment (along with keith worthy) so deep, so smooth and full of soul and groove.....more please! Sistrum and Aesthetic Audio are consistently in my bag and i virtually buy on site (if there were any local record shops left :( )

Great sh!t... :D
