Losoul, member of Germany's Playhouse label, has great respect for jazz, funk, and soul. I think he's brilliant, his music is warm and funky in a really special way.
His 2nd album Getting Even that i didnt really like at first is in fact really brilliant, but its not very easy, quite dry. But so damn funky! And on his early days, his remix for Holy Garage is still a masterpiece.
Really good house and deep house DJ too....

Ever since I got "Open Door" from a friend (isn't that almost a decade ago???) I've had a special place in my collection for LoSoul. Even when it goes minimalistic, it's still warm and ... soulful.
I can only dream of ever making tracks like this

Losoul is great, i think you always here the funk in his music.

Watch out for a remix to appear on Hypercolour later this year.
