Recommendations

Post by missbass »

Hey guys and girls.

Being as im on dial up i find it takes ages searching and listening to music. So was just wondering if you can give me some recommendations of artists i should keep an eye out for then can type in quickly on juno and listen to etc.

Havnt myself got a great deal of minimal musics (although some of the music i play i would consider minimal maybe compared to some peoples opinions) so anyway thats why im here, research ;)

Cheers.

Matthew Dear (and his False and Jabberjaw aliases), Robag Wruhme, Pantytec, Baby Ford...

The trick is just to click on artists you've never heard of before and see what happens. That's how I discovered Ark, Dimbiman, Cabanne and the rest of the Telegraph Records style artists, and I really like their stuff!

Explore and educate!!!

another easy thing to do, look on the websites of artists you do you know for playlists and links to other artists. also on mixes/mix cds: look at the tracklists, make note of the artists, figure out the label assoicated... it seems obvious, but you can back into a lot of good info this way.
