Ever been involved in a villa party in Ibiza?

Ibiza is coming to an end and a friend of mine was fortunate to be invited to a famous Dj’s after party at a villa and it got me thinking about how would you actually go about putting on a villa party? Id’ have thought the owners of the villa or agency that does the renting would be terrified of renting to someone for the purpose of throwing a party or have I got this totally wrong? Also how would you proceed without the party getting shut down? I’m just interested in this type of thing and wondered if there was anyone on here that had ever been involved in throwing one.
