Someone needs to be dealt with..selling mp3's on ebay!!!

While looking for a cdj on ebay, I came across this advert

it's basically someone selling other people's mp3's, I asked if it was his own music (as he states in the advert) and he said no, he is a dj from Belfast ''who gets sent tracks to promote'' so I asked him whether he gives any money to the artists..his reply was ''no, i just sell them mate''....I made out like I was interested and asked for tracklists to the three different packages (which he told me he could send to me over send space for £15!!, cheeky cnt ) he emailed them to me!!

I feel like contacting each and every artist and telling them what this fucker's been up to, it looks like he's sold a few too judging by his feedback....

If I inform ebay, I think theyll just give him a warning and that's it, it's not enough though or what do people think?.....
