well i'm not really concerned about the mix or masterign levels, becasue all of the tracks that i've posted on here have not been mixed properly, to me that's something incedental, what i'm looking for is critiques on the production value of my tracks, ie. does it make you want to shake your ass? does it change up enough? is it catchy? is it something new and interesting to your ears?
these are the questions that i would like people to answer, because quite frankly, no matter how high a bitrate you use in the encoding of an mp3, it's still an mp3... which in my opinion is the worst "innovation" to ever happen to music, sonic quality has gone by the wayside in music, everybody accepts an mp3, even though you can hear TONS of aliased frequencies in every single mp3 as a result of the lossy compression
in short, don't worry aobut the levels too much, just the songwriting... thnks
