is cologne techno the same thing as basic channel/maurizio etc? I thought people refered to that as berlin dub, no? (cologne techno for me is like, the modernist/studio 1 etc.)

anyhow, I really like the track... I'd love to hear more.

keep it up!

hi!

Thx all for the great feedback...You could be right fredrik about the berlin dub sound. The term cologne techno goes way back to karl heinz stockhausen.According to some the founder of the modern minimal electronic music.I had to look it up.But if we talk like this we should go back to the caveman who hit the tree with a stick and called it music hehe.I dont know where i got the term from,I believe i read it in some article and saw it on christian bloch's site on mp3.com...I cant say the track sounded much like the Maurizio or the Basic Channel works cause it's not ''dubby'' enough. But i got my inspiration from the man himself; Moritz von Oswald :D
I have another track here which is also inspired by Maurizio.
I think this is a better example but again not ''dubby'' enough.Maybe it sounds more like the Round one, two, three series(non vocal dubs)
hope you like it and thx!

Love it! =)

Always nice to hear some BC influenced stuff, even though I admire people pushing it further coming up with fresh ideas, I can't help that I love this sound.

Unfortunately, the "dubby" stuff isn't my thing (maybe at one time), but you've certainly done a good job with this.
