Need advice on Allen & Heath Xone 62
Hi All, I have just sold my 62 and the guy who bought it is saying when he assigns a channel to the crossfader so he can use the filter it sounds lower in volume or muffled. I thought this was standard and hardly noticeable but maybe not. He also said when he activates the faders they sound abruptly...

To me it is just a really simple kick drum with the bottom end removed in the beginning and then he introduces the bottom end later. Brilliant thank you. Managed to get enough off to render them playable but a clean cloth dipped in a tiny bit of hot water. I dabbed the record then promptly wiped with a dry cloth before the record could get too warm. This got the majority of the wax off but there is still a small but unproblematic...

Has anyone every had to get candle wax off the grooves in a record? Had a big accident at the weekend and managed to rescue my mixer but two records got damaged too! Buying them again will prove expensive according to discogs so trying my best to find a way of getting the wax out of the grooves. Any...
