I have a daughter, who is 1,5 years old. I love music just as much as ever, and try to listen to it as much as I can. The problem is, there's very rarely any time to make any music once you have kids, especially not if you have a bedroom studio..

The number of pro FL users has really grown the last couple of years. Anyone dismissing it as a toy is pretty ignorant.

It's worth buying it. There are lot's of new features and also the sound is better. It's also nicer working with the version 4.0 I wouldnt say the upgrade has improved the sound quality. I'm pretty certain the sound engine has stayed the same. I've heard they re-wrote (coded/whatever) the engine......

I must say, I've been really pleased by FL's render quality since they introduced the 512-point sinc interpolation. Although, tbh, these things haven't been of great concern to me before... Would I even be using FL if it was???
