Kyoto is one of my favorite Net-labels. All the releases are Incredible!!! Xoki & Hieronymus stuff is very very good... Could you tell us who is/are the guy/s behind the first 2 Kyoto releases?

What netlabel are you talking about Tekdev69? Of course dub isn't dead. Minimal dub techno is my fave style and there are a lot of labels and netlabels, a lot of artists, that continue releasing great great stuff. Try to sed that tracks to other netlabels, I'm sure other one is going to releases you...
