Never seen the trimmer before. I guess that makes a little bit more sense but how is it different/better then say the 4ms VCA matrix?

Also not all modules come back on in the same state they where in when shut off so that makes that one a no-no when in the middle of a project.

I end up leaving everything on for weeks at a time just because the save routine to make sure everything in each piece of gear is saved and recalls correctly from the central sequencer takes an hour all by itself. Aint nobody got time for that.

Its just a digital patchbay? Not sure whats exactly so innovative about it...other then nobody else seems that interested in making one...not sure why. maybe out of people's budget but Hinton Instruments Switchmix plus Trimmer inputs is a full scale musical revolution for mixing and attenuation of C...

I think the fact that most newer VCA designs tend to have bias control is changing all that. Most VCA can be stand alone attenuators on their own now, not all but a lot of them. The Linix from intellijel has taken over my VCA situation (along with an optomix for extra LPG useage), its quite a dandy ...
