the whole thing of promotion is fucked. does anyone really care these days who has played what? most labels spending 200+ notes on promotion as well, which should go towards the artist.

I would say all are below average. i was hoping for Erics track to be decent after Steve announced on Facebook that it was like all the old stuff on his label. I'm sorry, but i don't see it.

that happens as well. decks.de/deejay.de and and other european shops use the clips labels send them.

some shops record their own samples, some rely on the labels to send snippits. juno records their own ones. most shops just have interns working for them to do this sort of work. i dont think it would be viable for juno who get a hundread new releases a day to rip all the vinyls themself. alone the ...
