The Mail might mostly be a horrible right wing propaganda machine but some of their pictorial features like that are quite cool.

yeah they do. my friend does it for phonica in london. all day just sat there recording all the records coming into the shop for the website. That sounds tedious but also a good way to hear lots of new music. I spend so much time listening to as many new releases as possible in several genres then ...

hm recently i thought they are pretty good Oo compared to for example deeejay.de to be honest, i think the labels supply the samples. I always assumed Juno ripped them as each shop has different samples. Go to Chemical and Beatport and listen to the same track and the length, quality, etc is differ...

on a related note I wonder when Juno are gonna start using decent quality audio previews, such a pain having to look elsewhere (Soundcloud etc) for previews when theirs are sometimes too crap to judge a track.

Learning the concept of chord progression would make someone never have 'writers block'. After that it becomes so much music to make, so little time. I've been trying for a while (in a more committed way recently) to get better at progressions and theory in general, especially with the more complex...
